Shipping Information & Returns
Your order will ship when payment is received and any checks have cleared the bank. Normally within 2-5 business days. Contact us if you need priority overnight shipping so we may accomodate your needs.
Jewelry items are shipped with flat rate fees with $100.00 shipping insurance and delivery confirmation via the USPS.
Large items such as 3D items and Sculptures are shipped via UPS and are based on weight and delivery zone.
Items may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping and handling fees)provided they are returned in the original condition and packaging within 10 days of purchase. A copy of your receipt is required for any return. We suggest delivery insurance and delivery confirmation when returning your items to us. We cannot refund on special or custom ordered products.
